Printed Banner Mesh

Printed Banner Mesh is a premium quality, long lasting, high visibility option suitable for photographic images or where detail is very important. Banner Mesh is a UV Stabilised perforated PVC product making it more solid than shade cloth and in turn providing a higher quality finish, greater visual block and sharper images. We also offer printed shade cloth for a low cost advertising option.

12 x 12 is recommended for jobs requiring very high print quality. Suitable for full ink coverage (artwork with photographs and detailed logos).  Standard roll sizes are 1.8m or 1.6m x 50m Used for smaller banner sizes or up to 5m wide 270gsm 15-30% Air Flow** Available in Fire Retardant option Welded hem and stainless steel eyelets used Approximate life span 3 years*	9 x 9 is recommended for breezy areas. It lets more air through than the 12 x 12 but still gives a good quality, crisp print.  Standard roll sizes are 1.8m or 1.6m x 50m 240gsm 30-36% Air Flow** Available in Fire Retardant option Welded hem and stainless steel eyelets used Approximate life span 2 years*	9 x 9 "Special" is recommended for breezy areas. This product still provides a good quality print.  Standard roll sizes are 1.8m or 1.6m x 50m 200gsm 30-36% Air Flow** Welded hem and stainless steel eyelets used Approximate life span 1-2 years*	6 x 6 is recommended for high wind or exposed areas. It will let more air through than the 9 x 9 options while still providing a good quality print.  Standard roll sizes are 1.8m or 1.6m x 50m 220gsm 36-50% Air Flow** Welded hem and stainless steel eyelets used Approximate life span 1-2 years*

OTHER SIZES

• Any custom size is possible with banner mesh as we can cut, join and finish the media to any size. An example of a recent custom job was 30m x 30m, which was printed in 6 sections of 30m x 5.0m and weld joined.
• The customer can also order part of a roll and even just a single piece.

FINISHING

Our standard finishing on banner mesh is a 50mm reinforced weld with stainless steel eyelets every 500mm on top edge and 1000mm on bottom edge.

LEAD TIME

Lead time is usually 7-10 business days. This may differ depending on the work load, sometimes it can be longer and others it may be less.

What Can You Print?
In short, anything you would like. There are not any limits on the amount of colours or images used as long as they are provided in the correct format.

Supplying Your Artwork
You can either supply your artwork completed on the relevant template or send us through your concept and any logos, taglines or fonts you wish to include.

PDF: Press quality, high resolution. All fonts outlined.
AI & EPS: Fonts outlined and images embedded.

Proof & Print
Once artwork has been received we will always send it through to get your approval. Please make sure you double check all artwork as once approval has been given printing will commence and changes will not be able to be made. Shade Australia will not take any responsibility for incorrect spelling or any mistakes if approval has been given.
