Shade Cloth Fixing Pins are a great way to join shade cloth panels together. No tools required, they slide in and because of their barbed tips form a secure joint.
Shade Cloth Fixing Pins are UV stabilised plastic pins designed to attach shade cloth to itself, or to join two shade cloth panels together. They are approximately 7cm long.
If joining two panels together, overlap the cloth by 30mm and insert pin every 5-15cm depending on how strong you need to make it. The pin must firstly puncture the top side of the fabric, come out the bottom side, and then be pushed back through the top approximately 30mm away from the original insertion.
To attach shade cloth to wire or frame, fold shade cloth around the wire and proceed as above.
