Regis has all the Shelta cantilever umbrella attributes – winder handle opening and closing, 360° rotation around the mast, LED light mount and compatibility with Shelta’s large and extra large wheeled resin bases. What adds extra functionality to this umbrella is its ability to tilt sideways. This is a great feature for blocking the sun, particularly if you are restricted in the location of the base. FABRIC
The Shelta Regis Cantilever Umbrella has high-quality O'Bravia Fabric which is a premium canvas specifically made for outdoor applications. It is manufactured using a special process that locks the colour deep into the fabric's fibres to prevent fading. It is highly water resistant and has excellent UV protection of 98% or a UPF of 50. O'Bravia fabric is the perfect blend of high UPF, water resistance, fade resistance and price. It is far superior to other fabrics such as Olefin and polyester. It compares favourably with more expensive fabrics such as Sunbrella but doesn't come with a high price tag.
COLOURS
The Regis Navy and White Stripe uses premium O’bravia fabric and is available in Navy and White.

FRAME COLOUR
The Regis features a white colour powder-coated frame.
INSTALLATION
The Regis comes ready for easy installation with an on-ground crossbar baseplate and a bolt-down baseplate. Other options for installing this umbrella include an extra large wheeled resin base, a large resin base (no wheels) or an inground base (exclusive to Shade Australia). Please note with the on-ground base, the pavers/weights are not included.
The on-ground base requires the use of 6-8 ballast blocks or pavers, a total of 120kgs is recommended (not included). These can be easily sourced from a hardware or nursery supply store and need to be 450-500mm square. Shelta has a 27.5kg Granite Ballast Weight or 25kg Concrete Ballast Weight option which can be purchased on our website.

Savannah versus Regis
- The Savannah is available in four sizes - the Regis is available only in 3.5m Octagonal or 3.0 x 3.0m Square.
- They have the same fabric.
- The Double Warranty* is offered on the Savannah but not the Regis. *Only at Shade Australia.
- The Savannah has a heavier duty frame than the Regis and is, by our estimation, a superior product. You would buy a Regis over a Savannah if you needed the side tilt feature. Otherwise - although the Regis is a quality product and we are proud to stock them the Savannah would be our recommendation.
