This umbrella comes with a 1-year fade resistant warranty on the fabric and 1-year workmanship warranty on the frame.
Warranty is on workmanship. It does not cover umbrellas that are damaged due to wind.
Will this umbrella fit it my courtyard area?
When measuring an octagonal Umbrella, the measurement is taken diagonally from the end of one arm to the end of its opposite arm. This is the way to measure.
Can I put the Seville through a table?
That depends on two things - the pole diameter is 48mm therefore the hole in the table must be min 50mm diameter. The closing height of the umbrella is approximately 64cm from the ground.
Is the fabric waterproof?
Olefin fabric is water-resistant. It can be treated with 303 Fabric Guard for increased water repellence.
Can it withstand strong winds?
These umbrellas are not designed to be used in strong winds. They are made with a wind vent and can stand moderate breezes but should be collapsed when the wind picks up.
Can I get it in any colour?
No. It is only available in the colours shown on the website.
Can I replace the canopy?
Sure. If you want to change the canopy maybe to update your colour scheme we can send you a new canopy. Call us for a price.
Can I print my logo on this umbrella?
This umbrella is a domestic umbrella and not designed for commercial applications. If you want a timber umbrella suitable for a commercial situation look at the Bambrella or the Sunranger Premium Timber ranges.
Can I leave this umbrella up all the time?
We recommend that you collapse the umbrella when not in use and fold it away in a protective cover to prevent wind damage.
